Check your doctors, specialists and hospitals for 2027.
Compare your medications, dosages, formulary and preferred pharmacies.
Compare premiums, deductibles, copays and applicable out-of-pocket limits.
Discuss changes in your health, location or retirement plans.
A review does not require changing plans. Medigap eligibility, underwriting and switching rules are separate from annual enrollment.
